LEASE AGREEMENT FOR GIANT FLOWER SET RENTAL
This Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on [Date] by and between:
Lessor: Flower of Life Ministry DBA Amazing Giant Flowers ("Lessor"), with a business address at 123 Pioneer Canyon Pl. Tomball, Texas 77375
Lessee: [Customer's Full Name] ("Lessee"), with a residence or business address at [Customer's Address].
1. Lease of Products
Lessor agrees to lease to Lessee, and Lessee agrees to lease from Lessor, the following products ("Giant Flower Sets"):

2. Term of Lease
The term of this lease shall commence on [Start Date] and shall end on [End Date]. The Products will be shipped via UPS 5 days prior to the event date and must be returned using the return label provided, in the original giant hat boxes, no later than 1 day after the event.
3. Rental Fee and Security Deposit
- Rental Fee: The total rental fee for the Products is $___________ payable in full upon execution of this Agreement.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $200 per set is required upon execution of this Agreement. This deposit will be refunded to Lessee within [Number of Days, typically 7-10 days] after the Products have been returned to Lessor, provided they are received in their original packaging and in original condition. Any damages or missing items will result in deductions from the deposit.
4. Shipping and Return
- Shipping: The Products will be shipped via UPS 5 days prior to the event date. Lessee will receive a tracking number once the Products are shipped.
- Return: Lessee agrees to return the Products in their original packaging using the provided return label no later than 1 day after the event. Lessee is responsible for ensuring that the Products are properly packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
5. Condition of Products
Lessee acknowledges that the Products are being leased in good condition. Lessee agrees to take care of the Products while in their possession and to return them in the same condition as they were received. Any damages or loss of Products will result in deductions from the security deposit or additional charges if the damages exceed the deposit amount.
6. Liability
Lessor shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur in connection with the use or handling of the Products. Lessee assumes full responsibility for the safe use of the Products.
7. Cancellation Policy
Lessee may cancel this Agreement at least [Number of Days, typically 7-14 days] before the scheduled shipping date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of the rental fee.
8. Governing Law
