Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Amazing Giant Flowers, we take pride in the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
  • All components, templates, and materials included in the kit are present
  • You have your order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized orders (including custom color arrangements and commercial installations)
  • Digital products (downloadable templates, video tutorials, digital patterns)
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been assembled, used, or altered in any way

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for the return
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days
  3. Ship the item back to our Houston, TX workshop using the address provided
  4. Include the RA number on the outside of the package

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email within 3–5 business days.

  • Approved returns: Refund issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Partial refunds: May be issued if the item shows signs of use or is missing components
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank or credit card statement first. Then contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
