Where We Ship From

All orders are processed and shipped from our workshop in Houston, Texas. We take great care in packaging each item to ensure your giant flowers, DIY kits, and EVA foam products arrive in perfect condition.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150
  • Standard Shipping (under $150): Flat rate of $9.99, delivered in 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: $19.99, delivered in 2–3 business days
  • Express/Overnight: Calculated at checkout, delivered in 1–2 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

Processing Times

Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Custom orders and large commercial arrangements may require additional processing time of 5–10 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During peak seasons (holidays, wedding season), processing times may be slightly longer. We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Taxes

Orders shipped within Texas are subject to 8.25% sales tax. Sales tax for other states is calculated according to applicable state and local tax laws.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
